Casey - I approved your comment even though it is wrong in almost every way - because it is wrong in almost every way. You spewed just about every denier talking point there is. Do I feel foolish? How about you? You think the scientists didn't think of all the brilliant points you mention? Or are you simply accusing thousands of scientists from institutions around the world, from the University of Victoria to NASA to Harvard - of lying for some sort of political gain?

Climate, for FYI has always changed, In fact our most recent history regarding the mini ice age was well documented given that it lasted from the 15th to the 19th century and the river Thames in London would freeze over on a regular basis and ice fairs were held with 1000's of Londoners enjoying the extreme weather as they frolicked on the thick ice. Prior to that we had a very warm period where England along with other northern European countries, enjoyed warm Mediterranean weather to a point were vineyards grow up all over England and the resulting wine flowed like water. We never had it so good. So the fear of warming is a bit strange given what we know about its effects. However what is actually happening is cooling and that will make itself felt in the very near future until ,once more we can all go the the fair on the Thames. Weather extremes are as usual as the four seasons. What has made the difference this time is its been politicised. Unable to maintain the warming lie they will still try and keep the Co2 myth going by using Co2. acidification in our oceans and waterways. Can't let a good tax get away now can we? Co2 is a friendly gas and vital to health plant life. The current level of Co2 in the Atmosphere is about 380 parts per million. They tell us this is a bad thing. let me tell you, it becomes a bad thing when it is in excess of 50,000 ppm. 380...50,000, quite a gap before we get into any real trouble so why the panic? Why indeed. They are winding you up people and like the idiots you are, you're going for it. Don't you feel foolish?. It's not to say we don't have a pollution problem it's just not the one they are trying cash in on. We need to deal with pollution of every description is just that co2 is not a pollutant it is a life giver and without it we die.

Approved John Galt's comment for hilarity. For those who don't know, John Galt is the hero of one of Ayn Rand's novels; he is the supreme individualist. I suppose if you have no rational response, there's always profanity, or the personal insult. Here we have both, crudely done.
