		<description>I note that the UK Industry Task-Force on Peak Oil and Energy Security has just (Feb 10) issued a second report, again urging the British government to acknowledge Peak Oil as a problem - their first report in 2008 having been deliberately ignored, apparently to avoid &quot;scaring the horses&quot;.</description>
